Eamonn and Ruth return to This Morning

It's that time of year again, the Christmas decorations are coming down, swathes of people return to work, so what better way to start the day than by tuning in to see Eamonn and Ruth host This Morning in a return to their weekly Friday slot?
They return to the sofas this Friday at 10:30am (6th Jan) where they will speak to Girls Aloud's Kimberley Walsh, who will also perform 'I Know It's Today' from Shrek the Musical.
'This Morning' has also been nominated in the 'Factual Programme' category of the National Television Awards. The awards are voted for by the public and you can cast your vote by visiting the NTA voting website.
